Recovery

We utilize top-of-the-line, Plunge All-In Max tubs, which are self-filtering, PH-consistent tubs, held at a constant 37°F. Each can comfortably accommodate anyone up to 6’9” tall, being 28.75” tall, 76.75” long, and 37.5” wide.
Each cold plunge is in it’s own room, so when you come in to use one, you will be able to recover in privacy.
