1. Agreement

By using the facilities, website or services of Elite Performance and Recovery Lab LLC, doing business as PR Lab, you agree to these terms.

2. Memberships and billing

  • Memberships bill monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

  • Founding rates, where offered, remain in effect for as long as the membership stays active and uninterrupted.

  • Prices, hours and available services may change with notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership by contacting us at [support email] or [phone number], or in person at the front desk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and payments already processed are not refunded.

4. Bookings and no-shows

Sessions must be booked in advance. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling so the room can be released to another member.

5. Facility use and assumption of risk

Cold plunge, sauna, compression, red light and tanning services carry inherent risks. You agree to follow posted instructions and staff guidance, to disclose any medical condition that may be affected by heat, cold or light exposure, and to consult a physician before use if you have any health concerns. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

6. Conduct

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers, harasses or disrupts other members or staff, or for damage to the facility.

7. SMS messaging terms

By providing your phone number to Elite Performance and Recovery Lab LLC (PR Lab), you agree to receive SMS text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, membership and billing notices, and occasional offers.

  • Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per week.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
